Vendor (Academic Writer) Application

Important Instructions:
Please ensure that all the details you provide are accurate and that you upload clear and genuine documents. Applications with incorrect or incomplete information, or blurry documents, will be rejected.

Before filling out the application, make sure you have the following documents ready:

1. PAN Card/Passport (Note: PAN is mandatory for Indian vendors)
2. Aadhaar Card/Voter ID (EPIC)/Any Government ID
3. Bank Passbook/Statement/Cancelled Cheque
4. Updated Resume
5. Sample Tasks:
   • One sample task in your primary domain
   • One sample task in your secondary domain
6. Signature on a white/blank sheet of paper

Please ensure all documents are in PDF format and that the total file size does not exceed 2 MB.
